In a 2001 interview Obama says the Warren court was not radical enough. He felt it should have ventured into economic justice.

How will he change the courts? What kind of judges will he appoint?

We already know, thanks to Joe the Plumber, that Obama wants to spread from the wealth, i.e. take money from whoever thinks is rich and gives it to others through his taxation policies. This figure keeps changing, first it was $250,000, then $200,000, Biden said it was $150,000, and now Gov. Richardson is saying $120,000.
